  1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Digily website (the "Site") or purchasing our digital products (e-books and software), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

  1. Digital Products

License, Not Sale: When you purchase an e-book or software from Digily, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the product. You do not own the product itself.

Permitted Use: You may download and use the product for your personal or internal business purposes.

Prohibited Use: You may not share, distribute, resell, or sublicense the product to any third party; copy, reproduce, or create derivative works (except as permitted for e-books for personal backup); remove any copyright or proprietary notices; or use the software for any unlawful purpose.

  1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Digily cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment processor.

  1. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, you will receive a download link and/or access instructions via email to the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email within 24 hours.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds for digital products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing from Digily, you acknowledge that all sales are final except in the limited circumstances described in that policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product descriptions, logos, graphics, e-books, and software, is the property of Digily or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use any automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Site; bypass or circumvent any technical restrictions of the Site; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software sold by Digily; or use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. However, we will make reasonable efforts to provide support for technical issues.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or Site.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
