Digily sells only digital products (e-books and software). No physical items are shipped.
Delivery Method
All products are delivered electronically via instant download link on the order confirmation page (after payment) and email sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframe
Download links are typically available immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive your email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not see it, contact us at contact@digily.net with your order number.
Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email address provided at checkout, email spam filters blocking our messages, or technical issues with your internet service provider. If you provided an incorrect email address, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
No Shipping Charges
Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees associated with your order.
