Digital Product Policy

At Digily, we sell digital products including e-books and software. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales of digital products on Digily are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, or compatibility issues not disclosed prior to purchase (please review system requirements in product descriptions).

Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Issued

Digily may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice. We will refund the duplicate charge.

  2. Technical Defect: The file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise does not function as described in the product listing, and we cannot resolve the issue with an updated file within a reasonable time.

  3. Non-Delivery: You did not receive a download link or access instructions within 24 hours of purchase, and the issue is not related to your email spam filter.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at contact@digily.net within 14 days of your purchase date with your order number, product name, and reason for refund request (including screenshots or error messages, if applicable).

Chargeback Notice

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first requesting a refund directly from Digily, your access to the purchased product(s) will be immediately suspended, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with proof of delivery.
